CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Labourers and Minor Plant Operators for our clients' subdivision and road projects based in Toowoomba, QLD . These roles will see you working across civil construction sites completing general labouring duties or operating minor plant, supporting crews on subdivision and road infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: General civil labouring duties on subdivision and road construction projects Operating minor plant such as rollers, skid steers and other small equipment Assisting with site preparation including trenching, pipe laying support and spotting machinery Working alongside machine operators and civil crews to keep projects moving Maintaining site cleanliness and adhering to all safety procedures Our Ideal Candidate: Minimum 12 months experience working on civil construction projects Experience on subdivision or road works highly regarded Experience operating minor plant and equipment on site Strong work ethic with the ability to work within a team environment Valid Construction White Card Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport Relevant plant tickets (Roller, Skid Steer, etc.) highly regarded What We Can Offer: Highly competitive pay rates depending on experience Weekly Pay Continued Support from a Dedicated Celotti Recruiter Monday to Friday, 8–10hr days Immediate Starts Temp - Perm Roles Available - Ongoing To Apply If you believe you’re the right person for this role, please click APPLY, email your resume to alanna@celotti.com.au or contact Alanna on 1300 235 688.
